Returns

At Tekzo Gear, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns for eligible products subject to the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless received defective or damaged:

  • Special-order products

  • Customized or configured products

  • Software licenses and digital products

  • Clearance or end-of-life items

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@tekzogear.co.uk.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Tekzo Gear.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Business-to-Business Transactions

As Tekzo Gear primarily serves business customers, certain purchases may be subject to separate contractual terms, warranties, or return conditions agreed upon at the time of sale.
