5. Business-to-Business Deliveries

As a B2B supplier, deliveries are made to commercial premises whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Appropriate unloading facilities are available for large deliveries.

6. Tracking Information

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:

  1. Note the issue with the carrier upon delivery.

  2. Take photographs of the packaging and products.

  3. Notify Tekzo Gear within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
